Who is watching over your data?

The owner of this website and the administrator of your data is the company Kapitał Szczeciński. You can find our office in Szczecin at 31 Wojska Polskiego Street. We act honestly and humanely. When you give us your name, e-mail, or phone number, we become responsible for them. We treat this information just as seriously as your finances, which we handle.

We are not a large, impersonal corporation where no one knows what happens to documents. With us, every sheet and every entry in the computer has its place. We only collect what is truly needed to help you. If you fill out a form on this website, your data comes straight to us. We don't use any strange systems we don't understand. Everything is based on simple rules and Polish law, including GDPR regulations. We want you to feel confident with us, which is why we care for order in the papers and in the system.

Why do we need all this information?

We ask for your data for one main reason: we want to effectively help you with your financial affairs. Without your name or phone number, we couldn't call you back or prepare any documents. When you report to us with a debt problem or ask for asset protection, we must know who we are talking to. Your data serves us to send an offer, arrange a meeting over coffee in our office in Szczecin, or prepare a contract.

We never send spam. We will not burden you with ads you don't want to see. Our contact is always concrete and concerns your money or your company. If the situation requires it, your data may go to a bank or office, but only if you ask us to and sign the appropriate authorization. We do not share anything with anyone on our own. We act in your interest and ensure every piece of information is used only for the purpose we discussed earlier.

How do we protect your secrets?

We know that finance is a private and often difficult topic. Therefore, we put data security first. All information you provide to us is stored on secured computers. Access to it is given only to authorized persons from our team, namely Marek Wiśniewski and Joanna Laskowska. We do not keep your data on unsecured servers somewhere on the other side of the world. We use strong passwords and modern programs so no unauthorized person looks into your affairs.

If we have documents in paper form, we keep them in locked cabinets in our office on Wojska Polskiego. When we finish cooperation and documents are no longer needed for legal purposes, we destroy them in a safe way. We don't throw anything into a regular bin. We ensure that no outsider finds out about your troubles or how much savings you have. Your trust is our greatest capital, so we watch over it very strongly.

Your right to change and delete data

Remember that you rule your data. At any time, you can call us at +48 91 433 02 18 or write to e-mail biuro@kapitalszczecinski.pl and ask what we know about you. You have the right to check your data, correct it if we made a mistake, or tell us to completely delete it. If you no longer want us to call you, just tell us. We will immediately remove you from our database. We don't make any problems out of it and don't ask unnecessary questions.

You can also ask for the transfer of data to another company if you decide to cooperate with someone else. We always play fair. Your consent to data processing is not given once and for all – you can withdraw it at any time. We want our cooperation to be based on clear rules and mutual respect. If you think we're doing something wrong, you also have the right to file a complaint with the office that handles personal data protection in Poland.

Cookies on our website

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small files that save in your browser. They are not used to spy on you or collect your private photos. Thanks to them, we simply know how many people visit our site and which services are most popular among the residents of Szczecin. They also allow the site to load faster and work correctly on your phone or computer.

If you don't want these files to stay with you, you can turn them off in your browser settings. The site will still work, though maybe a bit slower. We use them only so our offer is better tailored to what you are looking for. We don't combine information from cookies with your name or e-mail address until you provide them yourself in the contact form. Everything is transparent and serves only the convenience of using the Kapitał Szczeciński service.
