Kapitał Szczeciński Service Terms
1. Who prepared these terms and what do they mean?
Welcome to the Kapitał Szczeciński company website. We run our office in Szczecin, at 31 Wojska Polskiego Street. These terms are a contract between us and you. They define the rules on which you can browse our site and use our advice. We don't want to use difficult, legal words because we bet on clear communication. If you enter this site and read our content, it means you agree to these rules. If something doesn't suit you, just close the site. But we hope you stay, because we know about money and want to help you.
2. What exactly do we do?
Kapitał Szczeciński is not a bank or a brokerage house. We are specialists in asset protection and pulling people out of financial scrapes. Our work consists of watching over your savings so that inflation or bad decisions don't eat them. We also help companies in Szczecin that have debts and don't know how to deal with the bank. Our services are divided into three main parts: asset protection, crisis management, and repairing companies (restructuring). Everything you read here is for informational purposes. These are not ready-made instructions that will work for everyone without talking to us. Every case is different, so we always encourage a meeting in our office over coffee.
3. Consultations and pricing
We act concretely. The first meeting with Marek Wiśniewski or Joanna Laskowska costs 300 PLN. This is the time in which we analyze your papers and tell you straight out if we can do something. We don't take money for promises without cover. If after the first talk we decide that longer cooperation is needed, we will set a new price. This could be a percentage of the saved assets or a fixed monthly fee. It all depends on how complicated your case is. We have no hidden costs. What we set at the handshake and write in the contract is sacred. Remember that an agreed appointment is a significant thing for us. If you cannot come to the office on Wojska Polskiego, let us know earlier.
4. Your duties as a client
If you decide on our help, we must trust each other. Your most important duty is telling the truth. If you have debts that you don't tell us about, our strategy may fall to pieces. You must provide us with true documents and information about your assets. We are not responsible for the consequences of lies or hiding facts from us. As a user of the site, you also cannot try to break our service or steal data. Use this site as befits an honest person. If you fill out the contact form, provide your real phone number and e-mail so we can call you back within a day.
5. Who owns the texts and logo?
Everything you see on this site – texts, photos of Marek and Joanna, our logo, and these terms – belongs to Kapitał Szczeciński. We prepared it all ourselves to fit our Szczecin character. You are not allowed to copy our texts and put them on your site without our consent. We respect your property and ask that you respect ours. You can of course share a link to our site with a friend who is in financial trouble, but don't pretend it's your content. The name Kapitał Szczeciński is known in our city and we care for its good name.
6. What do we not take responsibility for?
Finance is a difficult topic and no one has a crystal ball. We do everything in our power to protect your money, but we are not responsible for sudden changes in the law, wars, or crashes on world stock exchanges. Our advice is based on years of experience, but the final decision to sign a settlement with a bank always belongs to you. We are also not responsible for technical errors on the site, e.g., if your internet doesn't work and the form wasn't sent. The world is not perfect, and we are humans, not robots. We guarantee, however, that we put our whole heart and Szczecin persistence into every case in pursuing the goal.
7. Resolving disputes and law
We are a local company and value face-to-face conversation most. If you are dissatisfied with something, first come to us at the office. We'll sit down, talk, and try to find a solution that satisfies both sides. We don't like courts and legal arguments because it's just a waste of time and money. If, however, we fail to agree over coffee, any disputes will be resolved by the court in Szczecin, according to Polish law. It is here that we operate and here we pay taxes, so here too we resolve our formal matters.
8. Changes in the terms
Life rushes forward and sometimes we must change something in our rules. If we change the terms, the new version will appear on this page. We won't call you with every small fix, so it's worth checking here once in a while. The rules you see now apply from the day of their publication. If you still use our site after a change in terms, it means you accept the new conditions. We ensure that changes are always fair and do not harm our clients.
